In full compliance with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Code (OH&S) and other relevant legislation, this program offers hands-on training with an experienced instructor to build your skills in fall prevention.

The Fall Protection course covers the following:
 

• Workplace safety regulations for fall prevention, including OH&S

• The five control levels of fall protection and how to apply them

• Safe use of fall prevention equipment, including both primary and secondary attachment methods

• How to build and contribute to a strong workplace safety culture

The Fall Protection Course meets all legislated requirements for fall prevention safety training in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.

Special Notice
NWP will provide all fall protection equipment required for instruction. However, learners are encouraged to bring their own personal fall arrest equipment for demonstration and hands-on practice.
