Offered through PACE Centre, this course focuses on helping parents, caregivers, and adults better understand the digital world youth are growing up in and how to keep them safe online. It explores topics such as healthy and unhealthy relationships, consent, online grooming, sextortion, human trafficking, social media risks, screen time, and digital sexual violence.

Participants will learn practical ways to communicate with teens, recognize warning signs, encourage healthy technology habits, and support youth through difficult situations both online and offline. The course also emphasizes emotional support, healthy coping strategies, digital citizenship, and community resources available for families and youth.
